We started August off with a trip to Quebec City to visit Rebecca, Caetano and their new bub.
We ate the best gourmet ice cream dipped in a maple chocolate coating!
We visited with Emilio and he toured us around his new neighbourhood.
The new parents are doing an amazing job and have a wonderful place to host guests....
...so we'll be back to visit the beautiful parks, eat delicious meals and hang out in la belle province!
Back at home Amelia has taken on the role of early morning and after morning nap cuddles with her sister.
Then the crib turns into a jungle gym/ trampoline and they are both up ready to go!

A perfect way to celebrate mama moose's 35th birthday!
Last weekend brought us back up to the cottage to enjoy the birthday lobster feast for Corinne and Camille. It was a spread of 6 lobsters, BBQ asparagus, tomato salad and white wine from the Loire valley - delicious!
Amelia was keen on sampling this family tradition and quickly announced she'd like lobster for her birthday too!
Our holiday mode is coming to an end...
and so begins "This Crazy Time" of back to school. Amelia will start 4 year old kindergarten. Jamie heads back to teach English classes and Corinne will head into a part-time position teaching Biology for the pre-nursing program at Algonquin College. Georgia will start a few French immersion mornings with her papi. September will be a busy time of transition and a new routine will begin.
