What we are doing this spring...

In May we enjoyed the tulip festival.

Posed with a princess (as a rock star!)

We were entertained with balloon hats and Coco the clown.

We've also been known to indulge at the 'French Baker' for our cafe au lait et croissant!

The art gallery and museums have now taken a back burner to being outside.

It's park time!

Across the river to the Parc Imaginaire.  The blossoms fell like snow and we found some interesting characters...

having a bath...

...and playing in the fountain.

A typical day at the local park includes...

a coffee shop...

an afternoon stroll...

and tea time.

A big celebration this month was Amelia reaching her goal of reading 100 books.  She brought one French book home each day from school.   Her request was a family trip for frozen yoghurt in fancy dress.

So sweet it is!

Corinne's request was a visit to Toronto to see Jane.

It had been 5 years since her last visit so she was a little bit excited and had a lot of fun.

The ladies request to spoil their daddy on Father's day was to take him to the beach.

This papa bear is hard working, fun loving and loves being outdoors.

Jamie enjoying an iced coffee...

...while be builds the tree house.

The girls think their dad can build and do anything.  Most of us would agree.
