Georgia's first day of JK to meet the teacher and
Amelia begins Grade 2.
School kids!
Waiting for the bus and feeling excited.
...and they're off!
A is for apples.
(from our own apple tree)
A birthday breakfast is only complete with sprinkles on top of daddy's cereal!
Cheesecake time!
We decided to hug our 'Cat in the Hat' good-bye...
...and bike him to his new home...
We attached a sign that said
"The more that you
READ
The more things you
WILL KNOW
The more that you
LEARN
The more places you'll
Go!
We brought him to the library.
Then we snuck him past our favorite librarian and put a stack of Dr. Seuss books besides him.
We hope he gets lots of story time!
So far our September has been a busy routine of school, books, bike rides and warm weekends.
Last weekend we went to the Carp fair.
These little ladies are riding through the ups and downs of transition.
We'll keep you posted as the Fall colours begin and we get into our school groove.
