We arrived at Donna and Rob's who were ready to host the festivities.
All the girls opened their stockings early Christmas morning.
The joy scissors can bring to a 3 year old is priceless!
Uncle Rob whipped up a champagne breakfast of waffles, bacon and maple syrup!
This started the day off nicely!
The new pool became the first project for the uncles...
and the days entertainment!
Then more feasting took place. A delicious spread of roast turkey, ham and veggies were enjoyed in the sunshine.
The wine was poured and everyone tucked in!
Our days were filled with picnics, playing house and a hive of little girl activities.
Busy bath times.
A trip to Auckland Zoo.
Keeping 6 adults and 5 kiddies together proved challenging....like herding cats!
Lots of trips to the local parks.
The fun ranged from pointy fingers....
...to double-decker flying fox rides!
Then a trip to Stanmore Bay.
Beach time, boat ready, pouring rain and sausage rolls to the rescue!
The rain gave us an excuse to have an art gallery day and take in some of the city sights.
This Christmas was a VERY special time to have five little girls all together!
Cheeky monkeys...all of them!
